Marlize Stander

Marlize Stander works from her home-base in the beauitul Winelands town of Stellenbosch, South Africa. With over 14 years' practical experience in the hospitality industry as well as three years' professional training in coaching, her work involves social media marketing, copywriting, administration and photographic services for various clients, as well as individual client life coaching.  Marlize is a Certified Growth Coach with Transformational Leadership Institute.  Marlize Stander's Strengths Profile includes 5 key areas: responsibility, consistency, communication, learner and strategic. (Gallup StrengthsFinder) Marlize's marketing services are focused on social media marketing, optimising her clients' brand visibility across different platforms, as well as representation at various local business and industry related networks, including Cape Business Connect and Stellenbosch 360.  She is a Host of the weekly #TravelChatSA live tweetchat from 7 - 8pm on Wednesdays on Twitter as well as Radio Show Host at Hashtag Radio on Thursday mornings (10 -12am). This project is in collaboration with Patrycja Oosthuizen, owner of TravelOpulent online travel magazine and the driving force behind #TravelChatSA.  Marlize loves the outdoors and especially appreciating all the beauty of the Western Cape through the lense of her camera. She is a member of the Stellenbosch Hiking Club and passionately promotes tourism to the region. She enjoys social ballroom and latin dancing with a particular interest in the Argentine Tango. She actively supports and are involved in local theatre and music productions in the Winelands and Cape Town.
